§ 53.065. INTEREXCHANGE SERVICES; RATES OF INCUMBENT LOCAL EXCHANGE COMPANY.

Official statutory text

(a) An incumbent local exchange company's rates for interexchange telecommunications services must be statewide average rates except as ordered by the commission after application and hearing.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 98, Sec. 21(2), eff. September 1, 2011.
