§ 4-13-110. Department may make and enforce rules -- Cooperation with state and federal agencies authorized.

(1) (a) The department may make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, and enforce the rules to administer and enforce this chapter. (b) The department shall by rule adopt the official terms, tables, definitions, and statements adopted by the Association of American Plant Food Control officials and published in the official publications of that organization. (2) The department may enter into agreements with other agencies of the state, other states, and agencies of the federal government to administer and enforce this chapter.
