§ 7-25-103. Rules.

The commissioner may make a rule authorized by this chapter in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, including to: (1) restrict or prohibit practices that are misleading, unfair, or abusive; (2) promote or assure fair and full disclosure of the terms and conditions of agreements and communications between a customer and a money transmitter; and (3) promote or assure uniform application of or to resolve ambiguities in applicable state or federal laws or federal regulations.
