§ 9-7-202. Appointment of director.
Official statutory text
The executive director, in consultation with the board, shall appoint a director of the division: (1) to serve as the chief administrative officer of the division; and (2) who has a degree from an accredited institution in library science and has demonstrated administrative ability.
