Wyoming department of homeland security created

Official statutory text

As part of the reorganization of Wyoming state government, there is created the Wyoming department of homeland security consisting of the Wyoming office of homeland security created in the Wyoming Homeland Security Act. The department of homeland security shall not be subject to a transition period as defined in W.S. 9-2-1703(a)(ix). A reorganization plan shall not be required of the director.
