Andrew M. Condlin is a member at Roth Jackson, focusing in commercial real estate and land use law. Mr. Condlin represents developers and landowners in every aspect of commercial real estate, particularly in matters relating to land use, zoning, economic development, transactional matters (purchase, sale, lease, financing), historic preservation and local government law issues. He also assists local governments, volunteer boards and private developers in amending and drafting local zoning ordinances and comprehensive plans. The extent of Mr. Condlin’s diverse land use practice places him in regular contact with local governing bodies, commissions and administrators as well as relevant developers and civic associations allowing him to establish and maintain relationships with these individuals and organizations..
