Mr. Geraci graduated in the top 10% of his class from Chapman University School of Law and served as extern to the Honorable Alex Kozinski with the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.. Mr. Geraci is a prolific speaker and has spoken at several national conferences, including American Association of Private Lendings, discussing hard money mortgage pools, private equity offerings, banking and resolutions including truth-in-lending and RESPA..
