Javier has been an attorney for eighteen years in California, practicing in the areas ofestate planning, probate and family law. His office has helped numerous Southern California families reorganize their estates, whether through bankruptcy, estate planning, or other creative strategies.. Javier is a former U.S. Army Paratrooper who served in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm in 1990-1991. He received an Honorable Discharge from the Army in 1992 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree from The University of California at Berkeley (Cal) in 1997. He continued his academic pursuits and earned a Juris Doctor Degree at the University of California, Hastings College of The Law in 2001. Javier was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002. He is also admitted to all of the District Courts in the State of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.Javier is fluent in Spanish. ..
