He continued his academic pursuits and earned a Juris Doctor Degree at the University of California, Hastings College of The Law in 2001. Javier was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002. He is also admitted to all of the District Courts in the State of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.Javier is fluent in Spanish. ..
