I am an associate attorney at Hart Wagner LLP.  My practice focuses on the areas of employment defense, medical malpractice defense, general liability, and products liability. I am admitted to practice in the state courts of Oregon and Washington, and in U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.. Before joining Hart Wagner in 2014, I worked at two small civil litigation firms in Portland, where I defended personal injury, construction defect, product liability, and general liability cases. During that time, I also gained invaluable experience from a plaintiff’s perspective, managing a high-volume caseload of automobile, commercial, and workers’ compensation subrogation claims.. I earned my law degree from University of Oregon School of Law in 2010. While attending law school, I served as a research assistant to Professor Suzanne Rowe, contributing to the publication of three legal texts. In addition, I clerked for a full-service law firm in Eugene, Oregon, where I acquired experience with employment, personal injury, and construction defect matters. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in management and organizations from University of Iowa in 2006, graduating with honors.
