The opportunity to report on several high-profile cases, including an appearance on the 'Dan Abrams Report', sparked my interest in the study of law. My communications background gives me the ability to advocate effectively in the courtroom. My journalistic curiosity leads me to think outside-the-box.. My versatile trial experience includes more than 100 bench and jury trials in criminal and civil cases. In personal injury matters, I represent clients who have sustained life-altering injuries. As a criminal defense attorney, I represent adults and juveniles on matters ranging from traffic offenses to serious felony charges.  I assist corporations in a wide variety of matters. I also previously served as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Vienna where I prosecuted misdemeanor crimes and traffic offenses.. I previously worked as in-house counsel for one of the country’s largest insurance companies giving me unique and valuable insight into how to maximize recovery for injured persons. I know how large insurance companies handle and evaluate claims from beginning to end. My ability to see both sides of injury cases gives me the ability to anticipate defense strategies and prepare accordingly..
