ties to the legal profession and the communities of Fairfax and Loudoun
counties.. He has for several years been voted among the

by Martindale Hubbell. He is also a Commissioner in Chancery for the Circuit
Court of Loudoun County.. After clerking for the Chief Justice of the Supreme
Court of Virginia, Ben practiced with the Fairfax firm of Blankingship &
Keith, P.C., working alongside a number of lawyers recognized as elite in their
fields. In 2002, he joined Bill Atwill and William C. Mims to form Mims, Atwill
& Leigh, P.C., which now exists as Atwill, Troxell & Leigh, P.C.
