Mark Worischeck’s practice emphasizes complex civil litigation, primarily in the areas of  insurance coverage and  insurance bad faith, insurance defense, aviation, employment law, construction litigation, personal injury, professional liability defense and product liability.  Mr. Worischeck has successfully tried numerous jury trials.  He regularly handles personal injury and wrongful death cases.. Mr. Worischeck now regularly serves as a mediator and arbitrator.   He utilizes his trial and insurance background to provide effective case resolution.  He uses pre mediation conferences to overcome impediments to settlement.. Mr. Worischeck graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.  He is currently a Senior attorney after serving as President and Managing Shareholder of the firm from 2008 - 2023.. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Worischeck taught Insurance Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University from 2010-2012.  He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
