Prior to my move back home to Hawaii, I worked at Baker & McKenzie in Palo Alto, California, assisting high-tech companies with their international tax planning. During law school at UC Berkeley, I also worked for the Internal Revenue Service in the Office of Chief Counsel. Prior to law school, I received a Masters in Accounting and worked as a CPA in financial statement auditing at Ernst & Young in Honolulu.
