Chase Elleby is a partner at Williams Elleby Howard and Easter representing people who have been injured as a result of someone’s negligence.  Chase handles a variety of personal injury cases including auto and truck collisions, negligent security, wrongful death, and premises liability. Chase has mediated and tried numerous cases, and has used his negotiation and trial skills to recover millions of dollars for his clients.. Prior to representing the injured and their families, Chase represented corporations and insurance companies in defending against negligence actions. His prior experience as a defense attorney gives Chase a unique perspective in understanding how insurance companies work, which he now uses for his clients’ benefit.  Chase works hard to maximize every recovery for his clients.. Chase was raised in Kennesaw, Georgia where he graduated from Kennesaw Mountain High School.  After high school, he attended Florida State University earning dual degrees in Political Science and Social Science. Chase then studied law at Georgia State University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Chase is admitted to practice law in all Georgia Courts, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Court, Northern, Middle & Southern District of Georgia.. In his spare time, Chase enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
