William attended Mississippi College in Jackson, MS on a scholarship for his first year of law school. While attending Mississippi College he received the highest overall grade in his Torts class. Following the first year of law school William transferred back to ASU to complete his law degree.. William earned an MBA degree from Grand Canyon University in May 2017. William graduated with a 3.91 GPA and was nominated for membership in Delta Mu Delta, a business honor society.. William had his own legal practice from 2007 to 2016 that concentrated in creditor's rights law and in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy representation of creditors and debtors. William has been certified by the National Auto Finance Association as a Consumer Credit Compliance Professional. William is presently the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel with an auto finance company.. When William is not spending time with his wife and children, he practices martial arts, enjoys reading about contemporary military history, and studying horology (time/watches).
