Russ Mead Russ Mead is a nonprofit and employment lawyer with over 20 years of experience. He provides legal advice to many different types of nonprofits on nonprofit issues as well as general business matters.  He advises employees on employment issues and handles cases involving wages, noncompete agreements, and severance packages.. Russ is a licensed attorney in Washington and a frequent speaker at legal conferences. He teaches nonprofit law at Lewis & Clark Law School.
