I concentrate on two areas of law.. First, I help guide people who are selling their homes from signing the contract to the closing on the house. I don't charge an hourly rate, and I don't ask for a retainer. I work on a flat fee, and that flat fee is only due if the home closes. Usually, the attorney fee is in the range of $500.. Second, I help people locate and recover lost inheritances and unclaimed property. I don't charge an hourly rate, and I don't ask for a retainer. I work on a contingency fee.
