Since then, he has tried over 100 cases, winning more than 90% of them, and has achieved millions in settlements and verdicts, including a recent $1 million settlement for a freeway accident victim.. Gary’s dedication to excellence is evident in his leadership and accolades. He served as Majority Leader in the Idaho Legislature and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. For 25 years, he has maintained an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest honor based on peer and judicial reviews..
