Margeaux has first-chaired numerous bench and jury trials on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants and obtained successful outcomes for her clients. Margeaux specializes in business partnership disputes, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, and contract disputes (franchise, partner, shareholder, non-compete, non-solicitation, trust and trademark to name a few).. Margeaux graduated magna cum laude from Bowling Green State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. Margeaux received her law degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Margeaux has been recognized in the Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Ed. From 2013 – 2018. Margeaux has lectured on consumer and commercial litigation issues throughout the country.. Margeaux grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and also resided in San Germán, Puerto Rico prior to moving to the Washington, DC area for law school. Margeaux enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys, and in her spare time can be found cooking, and dabbling in her vegetable garden.
