Jeremy is a 2017 graduate of the William H. Bowen School of Law. Prior to Law School, Jeremy completed his MBA from Webster University and holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith's College of Business (an AACSB-accredited business school).. Jeremy worked as an area manager for Penmac Staffing Services from 2010-2014, when he began law school. In this role Jeremy provided clients in a  variety of business sectors with Human Resource services including consulting, training, recruiting, government compliance, and government reporting. Jeremy also managed multiple offices and staff in this role.. During Law school Jeremy clerked in the Civil Litigation Department of the Arkansas Attorney General's Office, assisting in the representation of the state of Arkansas in civil rights litigation, represenation of state officials, and providing guidance regarding various issues to protect the citizens of the State of Arkansas.. Jeremy also served as a clerk for the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office assisting with trademark, business incorporation, human resources, and election law issues.. As a law student Jeremy also participated in the Low Income Tax Payer Clinic and the Consumer Protection Clinic at UALR. Through these programs Jeremy provided clients with free legal assistance in tax matters and consumer protection issues. Most notably, Jeremy assisted clients with landlord-tenant disputes and fair housing issues. Through these programs Jeremy was able to gain first-hand knowledge of the legal process by working with various agencies and by attending court hearings where he represented clients..
