Among his many accolades, Tim was named one of the Best Lawyers in Little Rock by Soiree Magazine in 2013.   He is A-V Rated by Martindale Hubble; Mid-South Super Lawyer in 2015; and was one of Arkasnas Business' 40 Under 40.   Tim has handled well over 150 appeals in state and federal courts, including handling an appeal that reached the U.S. Supreme Court.  See B&B Hardware v.
