Tim has handled well over 150 appeals in state and federal courts, including handling an appeal that reached the U.S. Supreme Court. See B&B Hardware v. Hargis. Tim also participated as counsel for amicus in Arkansas cases invovling voting rights and freedom of marriage. Tim is a member of the Eighth Circuit Federal Practice Committee, and a former member of the Arkansas Model Jury Instruction -- Civil Committee.
