Will Crowder was born in Camden, Arkansas, and lives in Little Rock with his wife Jackie and their two sons, William, Jr., and Andrew. Will graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2000. He earned his law degree in 2003 from the William H. Bowen, UALR School of Law. He also served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Harry F. Barnes, U.S. District Judge, from 2003-2006.. Will is admitted to the bars of Arkansas, the First, Second, Eighth and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the District Courts of Arkansas, Colorado, and Eastern District of Michigan. Will is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the American Association for Justice, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association. Will has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2009-2017.. Will is a member of the Arkansas Consumer Protection Bar Association and the Center for Arkansas Legal Services.. Will comes from a long line of Arkansas lawyers. His grandfather Thomas Gaughan and great-grandfather Thomas J. Gaughan were prominent Arkansas attorneys. He also has several cousins who serve the legal profession.. Will was a featured presenter for the National Association of Consumer Law Attorneys Seminar Emerging Issues in NCSLT Litigation (May 11, 2017) and the 2017 Statewide Conference of Legal Aid Providers Predatory Collection of Student Loan Debt (Oct. 12, 2017).. Will is a devoted Razorbacks fan. Will’s late father Randy and Will’s brother Tom played football for the Arkansas Razorbacks.. Will devotes his spare time to his family, watching his sons grow up, and he enjoys spending time at his family’s farm in Camden. Will likes reading, traveling and following politics. Will is a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church.
