Mr. Crosetto acted as lead counsel in Strategic Marketing Partners, Inc. v. Greenwave LLC and Northwestern Brothers Marketing LLC, No. 10-2-09469 (K.C. Sup. Ct., Wash.), a dispute related to gaming software based on the television series Deadliest Catch.. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Crosetto, who has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature, taught language, literature, aesthetics, and critical theory in the Department of Germanics at the University of Washington and the University of Colorado.
