Roxanne T. Jen is a partner at McDowall Cotter. Roxanne received her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington in 2003 and earned her law degree and M.B.A. degree from the Seattle University School of Law and the Albers School of Business and Economics in 2008. She became certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law in 2016. She is an active member of the State Bar of California and the Washington State Bar Association.. Roxanne is also active in the San Mateo County Bar Association where she has served as a member on various Bar Committees including as Chair of the Barrister’s Section the Lawyer Referral Committee. She is an active member of the County Bar’s Estate Planning and Probate Section and she is a member of WealthCounsel.
