My mission is to provide appellate and other written and oral advocacy, superior in quality and value, for clients and/or their lead counsel throughout Ohio.. My ten years of private practice at Thompson Hine and Buckingham Doolittle were devoted to civil litigation. I first-chaired trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings; supervised and trained junior attorneys and paralegals; evaluated claims; advised in-house counsel; developed litigation and business-solution strategies; negotiated settlements; negotiated and drafted contracts; and researched and drafted legal briefs.  My cases included:. I am admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Ohio.  I have represented clients in trials, appeals, administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
