Before Erene founded the Law Offices of Erene K. Anastopoulos, Inc., she was a Partner at a local estate planning and family law firm, where she practiced for eleven years.. Erene has been certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, an honor bestowed on less than 10% of all attorneys in California.. She also has experience litigating will and trust contests, capacity issues, and financial abuse of elders. While Erene no longer litigates, her experience with litigation is invaluable when spotting potential future issues and crafting estate plan documents.
