Jon M. Kessel received a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1996, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1993.. Mr. Kessel was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1997, the District of Columbia in 1998, and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1997.. He has obtained jury verdicts in favor of his clients in cases of suspected insurance fraud.
