After high school, he attended Goucher College in Baltimore, MD, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2001. Brian subsequently graduated from Albany Law School in 2004 with a Juris Doctorate. After working in state government and business to business sales for four years, he was admitted to practice law in New York in 2008.. Brian has been providing legal counsel in Workers’ Compensation cases since 2008, solely representing injured workers. “I find my work extremely rewarding since I get to protect the rights of people who are displaced from their jobs or require necessary medical treatment. Often times, the workers’ compensation process attempts to limit benefits for injured workers, when limitations are inappropriate. I pride myself on fighting for all injured workers to ensure they are afforded every opportunity to receive these benefits.”.
