Ross Meiners is a Tucson, Arizona bankruptcy lawyer who focuses his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings for individual and business debtors.. He is admitted to practice in the courts of Arizona and California, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Federal District Court, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the additional certification required to appear before the United States Supreme Court.. Mr. Meiners graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. He then attended law school and graduate business school at the University of San Diego, where he earned both his J.D. and M.B.A degrees. After graduating and passing the California bar exam, he worked in San Diego as an associate attorney building his legal skills in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, litigation, and estate planning. After moving back to Arizona and becoming licensed to practice law in Arizona as well, he opened his firm in 2009 to serve his clients, Since then, he has been giving back to the community and helping others get a fresh start. Arizona, and especially Tucson, has always been a favorite place to live. He enjoys the beautiful desert, weather, and friendly people that make Tucson a great place to call home..
