Joseph C. LoTempio was raised in a small suburb of Rochester, New York. He graduated from St. John Fisher College in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Ave Maria School of Law in 2010.. During his time in law school, Mr. LoTempio interned for several organizations, including the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, Michigan and the Law Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in Fort Myers, Florida.. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010, Mr. LoTempio practiced foreclosure defense law before joining the Dellutri Law Group in 2011..
