Usually this place is pretty good with customer service and shipping. Lately (not because of holidays), the customer service has gone downhill.
Save your receipt, they can't find my shipment. I dropped a tennis racquet demo off in a racquet-shapped box and no one can remember it although not sure how they could of asked during my phone call. My fault for not saving it but you'd think the delivery address which gets deliveries daily would have some kind of tacking #.
