Mr. Nowbar graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (1986) and a Masters in Business Administration (1989). He continued on to Willamette University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor & Certificate in Dispute Resolution in 1992. Mr. Nowbar's pharmacy career spanned various positions as PIC and Pharmacy District Manager at a chain drug store. In 2011, he opened his first retail/compounding pharmacy and added a second in 2016. Mr. Nowbar is now the principal attorney for The Nowbar Law Firm where he represents individuals and entities in regulatory and litigation matter in the healthcare setting. Mr. Nowbar is registered as a pharmacist in California and Washington and is a member of the California Bar.
