Professional, Dedicated, and Tough. Mr. Judkins always wanted to be a litigation attorney. He considers the practice of law his purpose in life and he holds himself to a very high professional and ethical standard. Mr. Judkins experience and success in the law extends prior to his graduation, when he won his first trial as an apprentice prosecutor. He has almost twelve years of experience trying and winning all types of cases. His practice is centered around divorces, child custody and support, alimony, adoptions, probate, business law, and criminal defense law matters. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a prelaw emphasis in History and a minor in Political Science. He is a graduate of the Nashville School of Law and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Tennessee and the United States District Court, Middle District and the United States District Court, Eastern District. He is a member of the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Associations. He is past president of the Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Tennessee Municipal Judges Conference, a member of the Tennessee Bar Association-Family Law Section, and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is the Municipal Judge for the City of Woodbury and has served as City Attorney. Mr. Judkins participates in numerous legal seminars throughout the year and has taught at seminars in the past..
