I am the founder and managing partner of the Padua Law Firm. I represent individuals and businesses, both domestic in the US and foreign clients, in both. I also serve as general counsel for clients, providing transactional, business/corporate law, as well as litigation advice and services.. Our firm was established in 2007 by Alejandro L. Padua with the mission to provide comprehensive advisory services to clients whose needs could not be met by a traditional law practice.   We began building our practice one client at a time, focusing on specific areas in which we have significant legal, and in certain areas, business experience as well..
