Upon graduation from law school in 1997, Mr. Milburn began his career handling workers’ compensation claims while working as a defense counsel for numerous insurance carriers and self-insured employers. Since 1999, Mr. Milburn’s practice has been limited exclusively to the representation of injured workers, volunteer firefighters and volunteer ambulance workers before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. Mr. Milburn is also a member of the New York State Injured Workers' Bar Association. The Suffolk County Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.. He enjoys boating and being outdoors.
