If the injury case is a wrongful death case and involves a probate in Nevada or Callfornia, we don't charge extra for the probate.. Some of my more interesting case include a $1.9 million recovery for a man whose legs were crushed when a drunk driver going the wrong way on the freeway hit my client, and an Air Force man who was severely injured when doing volunteer work selling drinks at the Electric Daisy Festival.. I have also sued insurance companies on the issue of coverage.
