Hard work, tenacity, grit, compassion and intregity are qualities that I bring to the cases that I handle for my clients. I will work tenaciously to achieve results no matter how complex or difficult the case. My experience includes representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters, breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, products liability claims, qui tam actions and other types of commerical litigation in state and federal court. I also handle discrimination and retaliation actions brought under federal and state discrimination laws as well as wage and hour disputes brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York State Labor Law.
