Attorney Evan Shane is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law.  He is a partner at Shane and Shane, P.A. and practices exclusively in the area of Immigration and Nationality law.  Mr. Shane is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida and is admitted and qualified to practice as an attorney in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Shane routinely represents foreign nationals from all over the world before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (USDOJ EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and United States embassies located all over the world. Mr. Shane presently serves as the First Vice President of the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  He also serves on the local USCIS liaison committee.  Mr. Shane served on the Chapter's Board of Directors for two years, served as the Chapter's Secretary, had been the Chapter's chairman of the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) committee and the co-chairman of its New Member Division.  Furthermore, Mr. Shane is an active member of Business Network International's Premier Chapter located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where hewas most recently the President.  Prior position he has held include Challenges and & Ethics chairman on the Membership Committee and the Secretary on the Leadership Team.
