Elizabeth graduated Cum Laude from St. Thomas university School of Law with her Juris Doctorate degree. During her law school tenure, she served as the Managing Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. Throughout her years of law school, Elizabeth gained valuable legal experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Andrea R. Wolfson and the Honorable Judge Betty Capote. In addition, she served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. After law school, Elizabeth served as an Assistant Public Defender for Broward County representing both juvenile and adult clients.
