The average time that it took our plans to be approved was 7.3 months.  When we looked at other attorney's we found that only 29.7% of the plans filed by all other attorney's combined were approved within 12 months of the filing of the case. Of the 29.7% that were approved, it took an average of 10.2 months to obtain approval. Surprisingly, 14% of the cases filed by other attorney's were rejected by the court within 12 months of the case being filed.
