Attorney Swinton is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia and a graduate of the University of Virginia where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Philosophy, Policy and Law. She then graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law where she focused on litigation.. As a law student, she excelled academically. Robert grew up in the Bessemer, Alabama area and graduated from Hueytown High School. Liz is a 2015 Sterling Honors graduate from the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she graduated second in her class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the South Dakota Law Review.  While in law school, Liz also competed in a national trial team tournament in Puerto Rico and served as graduate assistant to the Dean and writing professors where she assisted in legal writing instruction and individually tutored first-year law students.  She was the recipient of multiple academic and writing scholarships and twelve Deans Awards for Academic Achievement, which are awarded to the student with the highest grade in each course.   Liz received her dual Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science, with Honors, from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2010 and is native to the Kearney area, having graduated from Elwood High School.  Liz currently resides in Amherst.. Sean Reagan graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association in 1999. Sean started his solo practice, Reagan Law Office, in 2000 in Plattsmouth, concentrating his practice in the areas of family law, criminal law, and juvenile court. Sean relocated his practice to Lincoln in May 2003, establishing himself in an office share in the city’s Haymarket District. Between 2008 and the end of 2922, Sean was a partner in Reagan, Melton & Delaney, based in the Omaha area. He left that firm and, as of January 1, 2023, re-establisbed his solo practice..
