Dominique E. Banos is the principal/managing attorney of DBLO Firm. Ms. Banos is a proud Southern California native from Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley. She received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, with a concentration in criminal law and received her Bachelors of Arts degree in History, from California State University of Northridge, where she focused on: 16th and 17th Century Western European History, American History, Latin American History and Mexican History. While attending California State University of Northridge, Ms. Banos participated in a National Student Exchange Program. Through this program she was given the opportunity to also attend City University of New York's Hunter College, in Manhattan.. Ms. Banos is passionate about equality and fairness in law and business. She is a fearless advocate for those who are unable to advocate for themselves, crediting her vast knowledge and experience in law to the time she spent with the Orange County District Attorneys Office's Major Fraud Unit, and the many years spent working with prominent defense attorneys in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.

I have my own practice so that I can provide my clients with high quality service at a reasonable rate.  I understand how important your family law or estate planning matter is to you. I am with my clients every step of the wayand help myclients determine what is best for themselves and their families. It is important for me that my clients understand the legal process andhave reasonable expectations as to the outcome.  My practice is devoted to the areas of family law, estate planning, and probate.  I serve clients all over the greater Twin Cities metro area and St. Cloud, including the cournties of Wright, Sherburne, Anoka, Hennepin, Chisago, Benton, and Stearns.. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and dogs, being outside in the sunshine, and listening to country music.

I graduated from The William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas Nevada. While attending school, I was able to gain practical experience in different areas of law. I spent a semester working at the Clark County District Attorney's Office where I was able to help with a variety of high profile cases. I worked by alongside The Honorable Wesley Yamashita, Probate Commissioner of Clark County, Nevada. I was able to learn at his side, discussing and briefing litigation cases. I was able to sit next to The Commissioner in court, and was able to see the entire process from the inside. My experience with The Commissioner was invaluable to me in preparing to practice. I moved to St. George and began practicing Family Law. I find great value in helping families navigate the complexities of domestic and family Law. I now specialize in complicated divorce and family law matters. My main areas of practice are divorce including modifications and enforcement, custody, paternity, adoption and guardianships and any and all other family law matters.. I am proud to be married to the best person I have ever met, who is an amazing mother to our four wonderful children. We enjoy serving in our church, familiy road trips, outdoor acitivites, and golf.

I have been a practicing attorney in the Southern Utah area since 2003.  I have handled contested divorce matters ranging from few assets to multimillion dollar marital estates. My practice has also focused on representing clients in commercial litigation and probate matters.  I strive to provide my clients with a high level of competent and diligent representation.

Laja is an experienced attorney having practiced law for over 20 years. She received her bachelor's degree from Scripps College in California and obtained her law degree from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. She was a former prosecutor in the Arizona handling major crimes in the family violence unit. She has also served as a City Prosecutor in Colorado handling cases involving abused and neglected children. She has had a private practice in both Arizona and Colorado representing adults and juveniles in criminal, juvenile, civil and appellate matters. She is thrilled to have opened a practice here in Utah serving the residents of Park City and the surrounding areas. She brings knowledge, compassion and dedication to every case she handles.
