David is a Partner and Certified Family Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization. With a background in finance and business valuation, David specializes in family law matters that involve complex financial issues related to support and property division, including founder's stock, stock options, restricted stock, venture capital interests and other business interests. David also has extensive experience in contested custody matters involving recommending mediation, custody evaluations and the appointment of a special master/parenting coordinator. Norma Samra is an experienced attorney and a founding partner of Samra Dhillon & Associates. She earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986. After law school graduation, Norma joined the firm Mentz, Finn, Clarke, & McDowell as an associate attorney. In that role, she practiced administrative law and primarily handled workers’ compensation defense cases. Since then, Norma has extended her practice and now offers services in the areas of family law, divorce, probate, personal injury, trusts and estates, and workers’ compensation law.

Mr. Rios served his country with distinction in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam era, 1966 to 1970. Following his honorable discharge, he attended the University of California Irvine, where he graduated with honors-cum laude, in 1972. He then attended Law School at the University of California Berkley, Boalt Hall, where he also graduated with honors in 1975. The early part of Mr. Rios’ career involved representation of Native American people throughout the western states. He served in the Governor’s office in Sacramento from 1977 to 1979 where he was the top legal advisor to then Governor Jerry Brown on Native American rights issues. Mr. Rios returned to this home in 1979 at which time he opened his law office and has been a sole practitioner until his recent association with his daughter, Serita. Ms. Rios practices out of their Fresno office where she focuses on serious criminal cases. She also received academic distinction during her educational career.

Roxana Amini has been licensed to practice law since 2011 and handles Family Law, Immigration, Employment, and Real Estate matters. She is licensed to practice before all the courts of the state of California as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California. She is also a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public.. Ms. Amini graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Amini was the Assistant Manager of a well-known resort in the Caribbean, where she was responsible for overseeing several departments and adhering to stringent Virgin Islands Labor Laws. Later, she worked in New York City as a Marketing Executive in the Fashion Industry.. Ms. Amini attended Chapman University School of Law, where she served on the Mock Trial Board and became President of the American Constitution Society. She received CALI awards for her work in Chapman's prestigious Elder Law Clinic and for her performance in Trial Practice under the Honorable W. Michael Hayes.

I have always wanted to help people.  But after many years as a mid-level accounting supervisor, I felt completely unfulfilled and decided it was time to follow my childhood dream and go to law school.  I attended Empire College School of Law, in Sonoma County, California, and graduated in 2011.  I took the California State Bar Exam in July 2011 and was admitted to the bar in December 2011.. I have been a single mom for most of my children's lives.  I have been through divorce and I have been through custody cases.  I have a first hand perspective of what it's like to be a family law client.  Having this experience allows me to truly understand you.  It also allows me to have a real perspective on not only what you are going through emotionally, but also what you can expect throughout the family law process.. I record a weekly video on YouTube where I answer family law questions or give helpful tips about family law related matters, called Coffee Breaks with Beki.  I keep the videos between 10-15 minutes, so that you can watch them on your coffee break!. When I'm not practicing law, I enjoy watching my son play sports or going on hikes / adventures with my husband.  I hold state records for powerlifting in the USAPL for my age/weight class and enjoy body building.
