Speeding ticket in WA as CA resident

Location: California The speeding ticket fine amount isn’t a huge deal but I read that WA shares driving record with CA, which puts a point on the person’s driving record. How do I go about doing the traffic school to remove the point? CA ticket court website usually gives you the option to pay admin fee and list of schools to research but the WA website doesn’t. Do I just pay the fine and do a traffic in hopes that they will send the data to DMV? Or is there an official process for CA? Thank you
