Unlike many lawyers, Steven started his career as a Boatswain in the United States Navy, where he crewed an AOE-4 in the Mediterranean Sea as part of the Atlantic Fleet. After his honorable discharge, Steven worked in the title insurance industry while studying for his Applied Science Degree in Computer Networking from Faulkner Community College.
