He was selected to serve on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the Prempro Multi District Litigation. Ted is currently leading the charge in cases where talcum powder caused ovarian cancer.. Ted is married and has two children. He and his family are actively involved in the Music and Youth Ministries and has served on the Board of Trustees and as a lay helper in Haiti during the months following the 2010 earthquake.
