We also enjoy getting good results for our clients in the few cases that cannot be resolved by settlement.  For example, in October of 2010, we obtained a jury verdict for $655,000 for an elderly woman injured by a negligent driver while walking in a crosswalk. The other driver offered only $15,000 to settle. Her lawyer asked the jury at the end of the trial to award only $110,000 despite our client having over $200,000 in medical expenses.. In another case, we represented a 94 yr. old man with Alzheimer's disease who was swindled by his granddaughter and her husband out of his life savings. At trial, we proved that 11 bank accounts were used to create confusion as to where the money went, but we proved to the jury that over $400,000 was taken. The jury verdict included our legal fees, taking the total to $560,000.

I am a graduate of Paradise Valley High School and Arizona State University.  My undergraduate decree from ASU was in Business Finance, which involves great attention to detail.  For those that are curious, a business finance degree covers areas of financial markets, investments, business financial statements, accounting and financial analysis of business and business projects.  This type of study has been very helpful in my practice as a family law attorney.. After ASU, I continued my education in North Carolina, to obtain my law degree.  During my time in law school, I spent my summers externing with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and with the family division of the Maricopa County Superior Courts.  My time working with family law judges has given me great insight as to how to handle my cases and how to present them to a judge.  Upon graduation from Law School in 2011, I have focused my practice only on Family Law matters.. Aside from my education and profession, I have been married for more than a decade and have four (4) wild boys that keep me busy and tired, when I am not helping people with their family law issues.  Having a family and children of my own, I recognize the importance of the family relationship and maintaining those relationships between parent and child.
