Danny Adelman has focused his practice on medical malpractice and other catastrophic personal injury litigation for most of the past 20 years. He graduated first in his class (summa cum laude) at the Arizona State University College of Law, where he also served as editor-in-chief of the ASU Law Journal. After being admitted to practice law in 1987, Danny served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Frank X. Gordon. Dan Beeks has been an attorney in Arizona for over 20 years. He spent 23 years practicing with prestigious mid-sized and large law firms in Phoenix specializing in commercial litigation. He was also selected by the State Bar of Arizona’s Board of Legal Specialization to serve on the committee in charge of certifying attorneys as specialists in personal injury and wrongful death. He has also been recognized by the Volunteer Lawyers Program as one of the top pro bono attorneys in Maricopa County, for his volunteer legal work with poor clients who could not otherwise afford to pay attorneys.. In his free time, Dan loves to train for and compete in endurance sports. He has run several marathons and half-marathons, and is still dreaming of someday qualifying for the Boston Marathon. This year, he is also training for his first Ironman triathlon. He is the president of the cross country boosters group at his children’s high school, and is a volunteer assistant coach in the summertime with the girls’ distance program.
