Molly Kincaid graduated from James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, where she focused her studies on immigration law and criminal defense. During  law school, she worked for the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project, assisting detained immigrants seeking relief from deportation. She also represented immigrant workers and asylum seekers through the Tucson Worker's Project and the Immigration Law Clinic.
