Don A. Eilbott was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the fifth generation of his family to live there. His father was a noted criminal defense attorney. At a young age, Don Eilbott began attending trials with his father. He attended Pine Bluff schools and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA and JD.
